St. Paul Health and Wellness Ministry
Enjoy your praying/meditating and walking this week,
WHAT IS IT?
Saint Paul parishioners will have the opportunity to walk an imaginary community-based trip to Bethlehem from September 20th through December 12th. Each participant will be asked to meditate and pray during their “walk” to Bethlehem as well as to record and report their individual weekly miles walked. The grand total of miles traveled will then be displayed weekly on the world map. Don’t like to walk? Twenty (20) minutes of any aerobic activity at any level is equal to 1 mile.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone can participate regardless of age. You can register as an individual, a team, or even as a family. FYI- No pedometers available this year due to COVID-19 concerns.
IS THERE A REGISTRATION FEE?
No! There is no cost to participate in the program. The Program is being offered to the Parish through the St. Paul Health & Wellness Ministry.
HOW DO I REGISTER?
Registration begins now and walkers are able to register at any time during the 12-week program. You may also register by contacting John Conlisk firstname.lastname@example.org
