St. Paul is looking for a Regular Part-Time Administrative Assistant to the Director of Religious Education.  The Director of Religious Education shall work twenty nine (29) hours per week, ten (10) months per year from August 1st through May 31st.  The Administrative Assistant to the Director of Religious Education shall work a “flexible work schedule on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and on occasionally shall work on Saturday and Sunday. 

This position is eligible for the Diocesan benefit package, subject to the terms, conditions and limitations of each benefit program.

The candidate must be a practicing Catholic in Good Standing with the Catholic Church with a basic understanding of Catholic theology.

Education and/or Experience: 

High School Degree required, college education in Business Management and or Computer strongly desired.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must.  Advanced computer skills including the ability to utilize a search- engine such as Google to obtain information as well as send messages required.  Must have knowledge of in house A/V equipment such as laptop, projector, and sound systems.   Knowledge of QuickBooks and Parish Data System would be a plus.  Minimum of two years experience in the field of clerical/record keeping, word processing and or administration needed.
